All of Us Walk-In Enrollment Session at the Catholic Multicultural Center

Learn more about and/or enroll in the historic All of Us Research Program on Tuesdays at the Catholic Multicultural Center in Madison.

Who can join All of Us?

– 18-years-of-age or older

– Currently live in the United States

Easy Steps to Join:

– Create an account

– Give your consent

– Agree to share your electronic health records (EHR)

– Schedule an in-person visit to have your measurements taken (height, weight, blood pressure, etc.) and provide blood and urine samples

After completing these steps, you’ll receive $25.
