How to Join

Who Can Join All of Us at UW-Madison?

• 18-years-of-age or older

• Currently live in the United States

Easy Steps to Join:

 – Create an account

 – Give your consent

–  Agree to share your electronic health records (EHR)

– Schedule an in-person visit to have your measurements taken (height, weight, blood pressure, etc.) and give blood and urine samples

After completing these steps, you’ll receive $25.
