Enroll in the All of Us Research Program at the East Madison Community Center on Saturday, February 15! A little over an hour of your time could potentially impact the future of health in Wisconsin for generations!
Plus, receive $25 cash when you complete enrollment!
Enrollment is open to anyone 18 or older. Drop by anytime between 10 am and 2 pm. No appointment necessary!
