We have an opportunity for you to check both off of your list during our Walk-In Info & Enrollment Session at Meriter Hospital! Drop by anytime from 9 am to 4 pm. Full enrollment takes a little over an hour, and our staff will be there to guide you through every step of the process.

You’ll receive $25 cash with full enrollment.
