Be 1 in a Million

Learn how you can be included in shaping the future of health care for you, your family, your community, and generations to come by joining us.

To learn more and begin the enrollment process, contact us at AllofUs.wisc.edu. Light refreshments will be available.

How do I take part? Infographic describing the enrollment process. Create an account, give your consent, agree to share your electronic health records, complete the consent to get DNA results, answer health surveys, have your measurements take. After completing these steps, you'll receive $25 in cash.
