Special Enrollment @ Warner Park

Join us for a special All of Us Research Program Enrollment Event at Warner Park Community Center located at 1625 Northport Dr. in Madison. Held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., anyone over 18 years old are welcomed. The All of Us Research Program is inviting 1 million people across the U.S. to help build one of the most diverse health databases in history. We welcome participants from all backgrounds. Researchers will use the data to learn how our biology, lifestyle, and environment affect health. This may one day help them find ways to treat and prevent disease.
